worked on and off at my place, and eventually replaced shashi when she left. bewilderingly short, a smile you remember, and an ever-ready helper. i don’t think my mom could have survived without her. or can. or any of us.

spent almost my entire JC with him, and somehow maintained touch even a year later when he went off to be a marine engineer. then the RAIT phenomenon happened. found him on orkut recently; and i’m glad he remembers me.

my project guide during undergrad, i was completely floored from the first meeting we had. was a biologist, then a computer scientist; and now a pure scientist… he was the god that one only hears about. i’m still in awe.
