[day 2 of being a blogger..]
the theory has got so many directions to go on from here in.. that one is actually confused..
confusion. chaos.
madness.
we end up at the same conclusion every time..
could it be that this is the truth that we have all been searching for ? could this be that eternal 'light at the end of the tunnel' that humans have been trying to reach for the last couple of centuries?
not surprisingly, this theory will never be accepted.
for, quite simply, we humans have managed to completely agree that 'being mad' ,so to speak, is not a good thing. if one thinks about it.. we've managed to rationalize the fact that the world is mad.
which leads us to think that it's not.
and hence we act like it's not crazy.
this obviously degenerates to a vicious circle of craziness, insanity et al.
it's weird but if you think about it, that's exactly wat we've done.
wat is the point of this discourse ?

i guess that i'm hoping that this kind of analysis will lead somewhere eventually.
it should. it must.
purpose.
one word that defines why humans do things. why humans don't just decide to die once they get bored/pissed with this planet.
for example, my purpose in writing this is to make me think, to make you think.
something that I believe is quickly dying out on the planet.
people don't want to think. they don't want to analyse.
“let things be the way they are”…”why do you want to rock the boat?”…”i don't want to think about it.”
i do not say that i don't use the above phases. i do as much as the next guy.
it's just that, to me, its a method of hiding the madness around from the brain.
its said that once man understands what the universe is about, what his role in creation is.. he will die out.
hence, our brain retards this progress.
by forcing itself not to think about ideas/concepts that could lead to 'light' so to speak.
it is possible that this ramble is a way for my brain to prevent me from discovering the truth.
but then maybe i've found the loophole.

have received 3 comments (so far) at my first attempt at blogging.. and yes, while i know that such things are best alive when on and working regularly.. one can but say that one will try..
which brings me to the update on the 'world is mad' philosophy..
as can be seen, the fact that the world is mad is one that has not escaped too many people.. not that i thought it was unique.. it was just that not too many people have come to terms with it yet.
why do i say so ?
its simple.. people are still trying to 'make sense of it all' - so to speak..
how does the human mind make sense of any event that happens on earth ?
it rationalizes.
how do we rationalize ?
we impose order on events and see if they make any sense at all.
radical ?
yes.
but do we do it?
yes again.
a case in point being physics.
as a prof of mine has said.. why were the theories of physics contemplated.. and then modified to explain anomalies ?
bcos physics is simply a way for our idle minds to try to explain how the universe works.
it is not the explanation of how it works. it's our rationalization for the method.

bite on that while i try to apply such theoretical concepts to treat humans..

hmm.. interesting.. what does one write on a blog that probably going to be read by no-one..
ideally, one would like to be a mega-star.. whose words are being awaited by zillions of people..
but that's not the case.

think about it. the people around us. the world as we know it.
mad.
no other word for it all.
possibly i am re-treading ground that has been covered by innumerable people before.. but then remember the all pervasive truth.
madness.
consider the facts of my life if you will.. i love english, literature, music, movies(agreed the last two are prettty common), the chaos theory, thinking about the structure of the universe, computers(again a pretty common thing), technology related to computers, human resource mangement, event organization..
the list goes on.
and what am i studying ?
medical imaging. master's course.
and on the side - chaos theory untamed/the complete father brown.
as i said before… crazy
will add more, once i've finished mastering the finer points of radiotherapy.
